Toilets: Concealed plumbing, full height glazed tile dado, elegant soft coloured toilet fittings, CP fittings for hot and cold shower, provision for geyser.

Kitchen: Granite counter top and 60cm glazed tile dado.

Doors: Moulded door shutter with hardwood for front door and flush doors inside. Kitchen door half glazed.

Windows: Aluminium / UV protected PVC glazed windows

Painting: Emulsion over putty finish on internal walls and enamel paint over putty for wood works and grills.
